Ruby Salts are raised in Cherrystone Creek on the lower Eastern Shore, where the Chesapeake meets the Atlantic.   This just-right mixture of seawater gives these oysters a flavor you won’t forget.  Our goal is simple:  to produce the best tasting oysters to ever come out of Virginia waters, delivered direct, with freshness second to none.  We hope that you will try our oysters and know that once you do, you will enjoy eating them as much as we enjoy growing them, and become a Ruby Salts customer for life.
